Antigua and Barbuda Sotheby's International Realty had the pleasure of hosting the Global Markets Series on 30th March 2023. Our Director of Sales and Client Services, Kaye McDonald led the presentation to a group of affiliates representing over 30 countries. We were delighted to educate our affiliates about our stunning island paradise home, Antigua and Barbuda.

Throughout the presentation, Kaye transported our audience to Antigua's remarkable white sand beaches and turquoise waters. Tantalising tastebuds when describing our local cuisine, restaurant scene and rum punch recipe made with our very own local rum, English Harbour. Kaye also shared about Antigua's cultural explosion including our annual carnival, sailing events and cricket.

As a local market expert, Kaye provided insights on Antigua and Barbuda's real estate market and educated affiliates on key information to make informed decisions about relocation and investing in real estate in Antigua and Barbuda. This included an overview of the economy, taxes, reasons to invest in Antigua and Barbuda, and the Citizenship by Investment program.
