Guests can enjoy the many amenities that this expansive 14,000 square foot home has to offer, including its very own flood-lit championship sized tennis court and infinity edged pool and jacuzzi. A palm tree lined bocce court along with an outside bar, gazebo and large mood-lit terrace provide the perfect place to watch the sun go down and enjoy the magnificent views over Fort Barrington and Deep Bay.

The villa is perfectly appointed throughout with high vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and a soft blend of a natural palette with a splash of turquoise and golds interspersed. The villa provides many areas to relax both indoors and out with a large open planned living room, tv room and indoor dining. A separate adjacent conservatory leads onto a courtyard with further canopied seating and a portable bar. West facing over Galley Bay is an outside covered dining area with further seating to enjoy a pre-dinner drink. The large pool deck offers relaxing sun loungers, a modern day-bed and double hammock as well as a secondary intimate lower stone-paved patio with additional seating.
